War - Segment 3 Highlights

Sowell has some harsh words (surprise!) for Barack Obama in today's segment. In discussing the difference between the two visions' (for explanation read previous posts) approach to war, Sowell states:

What he is proposing under the guise of change is what has been tried for two decades between the two world wars and which failed disastrously in helping to bring on the Second World War.
